- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After going to this dentist for 3+ years they quit being a contracted provider of our insurance I guess and neglected to tell us. Instead they gave us quotes to have dental work done based on what our insurance would cover and then afterwards, we would get a bill for 10% to 30% more than what they quoted. They also filed insurance wrong and got a $124 bill from them for a "free cleaning". Was told "gas" would be $15 and got billed for $45. When I complained about them giving us a quote and then getting billed extra, the office manager's first response was to assume we didn't make the money to pay the bills and needed to be put on a payment plan. Very arrogant and condescending. Also, every time you go in there...you will need work done called a "treatment plan". I prefer "if it isn't broke...don't fix it". Dentists are good.
